To profile your printer using our service, you will need to download a number of files; our manual, a test print file, and two colour swatch files. You print the swatch files with specific driver settings, and then send them to us so we can create the profile for you.

The manual contains thorough information on what you have to do, but it summarises to:

• Print some test graphic files to find out which printer-driver settings are best for your printer, ink and paper choice;
• Print off two special sets of colour ‘swatch’ files using those driver settings;
• Print out and fill in the order form, and send it to us with the swatches;
• Wait to receive your profile by email (or by CD if you choose that option).

Be prepared to be amazed by the improvement in accuracy of your printed colours!
